Nissan Pulsar history is little bit complicated. Pulsar is the old Nissan model from 1978, which was sold on Asian and European market. In the beginning of the 90’s there was a Nissan Pulsar racing car sold in the United States, but it shouldn’t be mixed with the vehicle were talking about here. This is brand new Nissan model 2015 Nissan Pulsar
New Pulsar is aimed at the European market and it borrowed most of it looks and performance from Qashqar, another successful Nissan model on the European market. At the moment Nissan Pulsar is not present on the American market. Although Nissan has plans to launch this model there, we don’t believe it is going to have much success, since the number of similar vehicles that offer the same and better performance and comfort on the American market sky-rocketed in last few years.
2015 Nissan Pulsar Interior and Exterior
2015 Nissan Pulsar model year took a lot of exterior details from Nissan Qashqai. One of those is recognizable V shaped grille, which was aslo seen on some other Nissan models. That grille in combination with boomerang headlights gives instantly recognizable Nissan look, to the front part of the vehicle. Although Nissan Pulsar is a hatchback, it is as bulky and aggressive as possible.
One of the biggest flaws of the 2015 Nissan Pulsar is its short wheel base, which drastically cuts the rear leg room. There are more then a few highly competitive sedans, hatchbacks and crossovers on the European market which offer more space then Pulsar. Same goes for cabin materials. We’ve definitely seen worse, but we can find much better samples among Pulsar’s competition. Same goes for cargo room, and a lot of other stuff in the interior segment. With new Nissan Pulsar when it comes to interior hi tech features you can expect second-generation Nissan Connect system, with smart phone and Google application.
